Provide mobile device support for tablet and smart phone deployments, repair, and management
Ensure that level one requests are satisfied by administering incoming incident requests
Determine when level one requests require additional support or escalation; collaborate with IT Support Supervisor to identify additional support; follow-up to ensure successful resolutions are handled in a timely manner
Respond to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support
Work with IT Support Supervisor to determine best practices and provide excellent quality of service
Ensure proper onboarding training for new hires; provide ongoing training to maximize potential of existing technology
Provide recommendations about support and information access
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field preferred
Experience:
Minimum two (2) years’ experience working in a Help Desk/IT Support environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Working knowledge of various IT systems in a Corporate environment
Advanced knowledge of Windows operating system and Office Suites
Ability to troubleshoot identify areas of improvement
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and employees to create a positive and cooperative work environment
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Ability to work as a team member and follow directions
Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
