Manufacturing Engineer
Our client located in Elkhart, IN is a global, premier custom job manufacturer and is currently looking to add a dynamic Manufacturing Engineer to their team.

What you will be doing?
Develop, recommend, and trouble shoot tooling and equipment and manufacturing processes. Insure new product launch success. Define and implement cost savings and process improvements.
Design, recommend, and advise on manufacturing tools, fixtures, and fabrication equipment including repair and build
Light design for Stamping dies, Locating fixtures, and Machining fixtures
Provide trouble shooting of metal forming operations, including stamping, welding, and roll forming
Create and maintain inspection drawings of parts using AutoCAD
Create and maintain Process Inspection Records
Develop manufacturing processes and improvements
Assure product quality by developing robust processes, inspection methods, and tooling
Contribute to quoting of new work through analyzing previous performance and developing process work flows
Launch new programs and assist with tooling, equipment, and inspection trials and improvements
What you will need?
Minimum of an Associate's Degree in related field, Bachelors preferred.
At least 3 years of prior experience, preferably in a job shop, fabrication or machining environment.
CNC programing experience a plus
MS Office (including Word and Excel)
MS Projects - experience a plus
