Responsibilities
⢠Set-up and stock line with all tools, products, and supplies necessary
⢠Prepare menu items to specification.
⢠Follow instructions provided by Manager or Chef.
⢠Ensure plates come out of the kitchen in a timely & efficient manner ensuring all standards
are met or exceeded.
* Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.*
⢠Clean oneâs station at the end of service, stocking inventory appropriately for the following service.
⢠Other duties as assigned.
