After a full kitchen renovation in the year 2013, the Morris Inn banquet kitchen now features state-of-the-art equipment such as a Rational Oven, Anti-Griddle, and Paco Jet.

The Morris Inn is the onlyÂAAAÂ4 Diamond Hotel in Northern Indiana, placing the hotel in the top 5% of hotels in the United States and sits at the heart of Notre Dame’s storied campus. The Morris Inn has also recently joined the Historic Hotels of America adding to the perfect atmosphere for a growing career in culinary.
