All Dental Positions
Our High tech, progressive Dental Practice is looking for exceptional individuals to fill open positions on our team. This small group practice that is locally owned provides all aspects of dental care including cosmetic dentistry, childrens dentistry, periodontal care, endodontics and Invisalign orthodontics, implants, crowns, bridges, dentures, TMJ treatment and dental hygiene.
Requirements;
-1+ working experience in a dental office
-Understand all dental procedures and be ready for each step during those procedures
-Radiology Certificate in the State of Michigan. Valid OSHA training and CPR certified.
-Excellent Customer service skills
-Excellent communication and active listening skills
-Be able to think ahead during each procedure and be prepared for the next step.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
-Valid Registered Dental Assistant license in the State of Michigan for Dental Assistants
-Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Michigan for Hygienists
- Preference given to those with a Associates or Bachelors Degree for Administrative Staff
-Cerec, E4D or any CAD/CAM dental system Knowledge is a plus
Successful candidates will need a robust knowledge and skill set working with computer programs, typing speed and accuracy, you must be outgoing, confident, and detail oriented. Priority will be given to applicants with an associates or bachelors degree and or individuals with Dental experience.
Availability required for this position is Monday- Friday 7:00 am-6:00 pm. Must be willing and able to travel between locations. These positions will have the potential for growth as the practice is currently expanding. Benefits include; Medical, vacation, sick days, holiday pay, 401k & excellent dental benefits .
