We are a small, fast-paced private dental specialty practice. Responsibilities of a surgical dental assistant in our office include assisting during periodontal and implant surgeries, turning over rooms, sterilization, charting, recording patient medical histories, and seating patients. Assistants in our office must be X-ray certified. Employee benefits include profit sharing bonuses, 401K with matching, paid time off, staff social outings, paid continuing education (CE), and dental care within the scope of the office.
