Career Transitions Holdings, LLC has been awarded a project to help out customer locate and hire a New IT Director for their service location.
SUMMARY:
The Director of Information Technology will manage a group of 3 professionals for this service organization and responsible for organizing and execution of all IT functions at one location. This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements, as well as the support and maintenance of existing application and development of new technical solutions.
This position will work with the President of this service company on areas of policy and planning for data processing and related functions (communication, office systems, ERP, etc. ). Will also work closely with senior staff in managing projects and work with various departments to analyze their requirements and determine specific technology needs. This will be done first by managing the IT Department, its people and resources, then to align those capabilities with the needs of the organization.
Looking for a forward thinking, strategic minded person who can communicate and strategize with all levels of the organization. Yet, be tactical at the same time and not afraid to get their hands dirty when required. Current users are approx. 120 150 people.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Prior IT management background, leading people, processes and implementing technology. Background in the following helpful: Wireless networking, DHCP, DNS/WINS, Windows Server, Windows 7, Microsoft Office Suite, VMARE, 365 administration, and Microsoft SQL database.
