Inside Sales Representative

Located in Middlebury, IN this Inside Sales Representative position is focused on Customer Service and is instrumental in assisting customers in the full order life-cycle including; entering orders, working with various departments including scheduling and shipping, maintaining steady communication with the customers and resolving any customer issues.

What you need for this position?
Strong computer skills - MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy.
Drive and Passion- a 'CAN DO' attitude.
Ability to learn and use ERP systems.
Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
What you will be doing?
Receiving customer's initial orders (from various sources) and entering into system.
Reviewing and maintaining customer pricing ~ work with internal staff to resolve any discrepancies.
Coordinating with shipping to schedule orders and determine products ETA.
Monitoring orders and coordinating with logistics team to ensure orders will be delivered on time.
Addressing any customer issues in a timely manner including internal research, working with other departments to find resolution and communicating with the clients during the entire process.
