Responsibilities
Conduct in-home sales opportunities by building trust and educating customers
Identifying customer needs / wants and utilized Champions proven sales presentation.
Effectively evaluating, measuring and specifying home improvement project options
Negotiating and closing the sale
Attending daily sales/training meetings and coaching sessions
Always Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Qualifications
HS degree or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree a plus
Drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to pass drug screen, credit check, and criminal check
Basic computer / Math skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
