Norco Industries is looking for a dynamic, energetic team member that possesses a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to be flexible with daily tasks assigned.
Our Sales Support Analyst works closely with the sales manager, sales team, and other management to ensure a smooth flow of information in support of customer requirements. This position provides a close link between cost analysis and pricing policies and manages the quoting process. The secondary responsibility is to support the sales team in key tasks/projects in relation to customer management.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze market data in relation to product offering and client base.
With help from the sales team, establish benchmark data for pricing policies.
Evaluate, revise, and maintain pricing information across customers and sales channels.
Compare and evaluate comparable products in relation to cost and price targets.
Monitor and track quote requests in relation to costing activities.
Update customer quote files and distribute to customers.
Create and maintain KPIs for pricing and value stream contribution performance.
Work with the sales team to prepare weekly performance reports.
Assist customers with pricing issues, insurance certificates, and tax information.
Provide any needed administrative support to sales representatives.
Uphold professional standards in sales and customer service.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to interact in a constructive, positive, and respectful manner.
3-5 years related experience, or Associate Degree.
Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP systems a plus.
Courteous and professional demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
