Seeking a seasonal Maintenance Technician, Carpenter, or Interior Construction specialist at Ridgewood Apartments in Elkhart.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm for six-months. Option to be part-time. Possibility of temporary to full-time status.
Up to $20/hr + $250 signing bonus.
In need of an individual with general HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge to take on a project to turn approximately 20 units at the community. This entails going into the units, inspecting them, determining what needs to get done, and making the necessary repairs, improvements, and renovations to get them available to rent.
