This is a mechanical maintenance position. They are looking for someone who can come in and troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on the machines. The plant has over 1200 machines which include conveyors, ovens, mixers, baggers, and other food and beverage equipment. Electrically can expect to work on 110, contractors, circuit shorts, and VFDsCandidates can expect to walk between 4 and 6 miles a shift throughout the facility putting out fires and doing preventative maintenance. 3rd shift swing shift: (2 on 3 off)6pm-6amWill train on days for 2-3 weeksWeek 1: 48 hours/ Week 2: 36 hoursIf candidates show the skill set overtime is available It is a deadline intensive environment. They run 24/7 and are held to on-time delivery to their customers. High throughput, fast paced food manufacturing environment. Clean facility. Company takes care of employees that show their dedication. They train their employees where the skills maybe lacking. They will pair employees up to make sure teaching is taking place. The environment is warm due to the ovens. It also is an environment where they want to teach the lower level machine operators how they troubleshoot the machines.
