Family Owned Excavating and Fiberglass Pool Business Searching for a Pool Maintenance Technician to run our Pool Service department.
We sell and install fiberglass pools. We offer service contracts for these customers only. Over the past 10 years we have accumulated over 100 customers that we can offer service to.
This position also aids in the installation of fiberglass pools (new install approximately every other week during Spring and Summer months). New hire will report directly to our head Pool Salesman but is self directed when it comes to the service side of the pool business. Additional excavating job labor may be required during off-season.
Desired skills:
5+ years pool service experience
Great customer service skills (you will work 1 on 1 directly with customers)
Computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and basic internet usage
Time management with the ability to schedule your time according to needs
Normal work days are M-F 7am-6pm (some Saturdays in summer)
Compensation based on experience.
Possible bonus structure based on experience and shown ability to fill position
