Controls Engineer- Siemens S7Responsibilities:
Identify user requirements using P&IDs, process description and or existing logic
Create the Software Functional Design Specification and Hardware Functional Design Specification.
Develop PLC code using Function Block, Statement List, SFC, Ladder and Structured Language for continuous programming
Create test documents, test simulations and perform hardware, logic, sequences and batch tests
Participate in commissioning activities to ensure successful plant start up

Competencies
Siemens PCS7 expertise
Siemens TIA Portal PLC Programming W/Step 7 and WinCC programming.
Experience in WinCC SCADA development.
Strong troubleshooting skills to analyze systems, recommend solutions, and perform updates to minimize disruptions to manufacturing.
Support planning, design, and installation of systems for new plant start ups.
Reading and Following Company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ISO Guidelines.
Strong Attention to Detail.
Teamwork Orientation.
Time Management.
Results Driven.
Requirements:
B.S. degree in Engineering/Technology related discipline preferred
Minimum of 5 years of Siemens PCS7 expertise required
Proven experience in WinCC SCADA development and architecture in a manufacturing environment
Extensive travel required
