Looking to fill crews to construct post frame buildings in and around the Terre Haute area. Current crews are constructing these buildings between four to seven days depending on size. Pay is by the square foot. Crew leaders (if experienced and skilled enough) earn $0.83 a sq, while crew members earn $0.66 a sq. ie, a 30x40 building is 1200 square feet. Average crews finish a building of this size in four days earning just under $800 or $1000 depending on position, then move directly onto the next building. Framing, finish concrete, and metal paneling experience preferred, but not required. More so looking for reliable workers who show up each day ready to work.
