We have partnered with one of the nations leaders in the production of tractor trailers designed to haul freight all across the United States. Our client is currently in need of General Laborers and Heavy Assembly employees. They are growing quickly and are in need of career minded individuals to join their team today!
General Laborer and Heavy Assembly Requirements:
- At least 6+ months of prior manufacturing experience
- Must be looking to grow with a company
- Must be comfortable standing on your feet for 8+ hours per shift
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Prior experience with hand tools and power tools is preferred
General Laborer and Heavy Assembly Hours:
- 1st Shift: 5:30am - 2:00pm M-F (OT would be until 4:00pm)
- 2nd Shift: 4:00pm - 12:30am M-F (OT would be until 2:30am)
- Some OT will be worked on Saturdays and occasionally for 2 hour blocks after your shift
General Laborer and Heavy Assembly Pay & Benefits:
- $13.00/hr for 1st shift and $13.50/hr for 2nd shift
- After a brief probationary period, employees are eligible for a pay raise of at least $1/hr and are eligible for quarterly gain sharing
- After the probationary period, employees are also eligible for both a pension plan and 401k
- Employees are also offered medical, dental, and vision insurance
