We are a local, family owned property preservation company. We are seeking a good crew to complete the following type of work. Experience is preferred, but no specific experience necessary. We will provide training to the right people:
- Cover Vigo, Putnam, Clay, Park, Vermillion, Fountain counties
- Lock Changes
- Grass cut and lawn care
- Winterizations and light plumbing repairs
- Basic house repairs
- Debris removal and clean outs
Must meet the following requirements:
- Must be able to pass required criminal background check
- Must have vehicle (truck, van, suv) with towing capabilities
- Must have mower(s), string trimmers
- Must provide your own gas, and basic expenses
More General Info:
- Pay is within 30 days of job completed, but usually within 7-10 days (after QC check)
- Training can and will be provided to the right people
- This is a 1099 position
