POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Medical Billing & Collections Generalist, you are responsible for the completion of special projects as assigned by the Billing Center Manager (BCM) or Supervisor (BCS), working directly with them to ensure all projects are handled effectively and efficiently. For the Audit Specialist role, you are responsible for reviewing and responding to all Prepay and Post-Pay audits within the required time frame.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
HS Diploma / GED required
Strong communication skills required
1 year or more of customer service preferred, but not required
Medical industry experience a plus, but not required
Must be willing to participate in background screening process
