Job Description:
Our company provides outstanding performance in Telephone I & R in the surrounding areas of INDIANA. Technicians operate independently under a 1099 form where taxes are not withdrawn from weekly Wages. We offer a stress free work environment that is significantly rewarding, granting opportunities in the field of customer service. Contractors have the ability to access hands on experience working in very diverse conditions. We also enhance the availability to earn extended wages through hard work and commitment. Although our company does NOT typically offer paid training, we are extending the opportunity to go through $200/ WK PAID TRAINING for a limited time. This offers unlimited opportunities with a guaranteed position upon completion of our PAID skilled trade training and you being WILLING to TRAVEL. This position entails installation and maintenance of telephone, high speed Internet, technology trouble shooting, and sustaining quality costumer service.
We are interested in candidates with valid Driver's license who preferably own a registered truck to accommodate equipment for installations but trucks may be leased weekly to be payroll deducted from your pay check. Candidates must be hard working, reliable, and possess exceptional communication skills and willing to travel to other locations upon completion of training. Accommodation WILL BE provided once training is complete and Travel is Required.
Key Requirements:
- NO FELONIES
- Financially able to support yourself while waiting for first check. (pay is 2 weeks out)
- Be legally able to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18yrs or older
- Have a valid driver's license and good driving record, and RELIABLE transportation to and from work
- Be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Be able to lift 60lbs or more
- Ability to work in tight spaces, and can not afraid of heights- LADDER TRAINING MANDATORY
- Capable of working in diverse weather conditions (i.e. rain, hail, or snow)
- Competent in following directions and safety precautions
Duties:
This position involves acquiring excellent listening and communication skills. Technicians needs to be able to follow instructions from his/her trainer or supervisor and display quality in work performance. Furthermore, this position requires our Technicians to have the ability to maintain customer satisfaction, which is not limited to clearly explaining applications and how to use equipment installed in residential homes, and commercial properties.
