ISG -Maintenance Engineering Technician opportunity in Lafayette, IN Area!
A national company with a manufacturing facility in the Lafayette, IN area is currently seeking a Direct Hire Maintenance Engineering Technician (MET) opportunity with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Maintenance Technicians looking for a company that offers competitive rates and minimal out of town travel requirements.
Rates are anticipated to be $25-$30 per hour depending on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, bonus and more.
MET will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experiences:
* 3+ years of recent / relevant experience working as Maintenance Technician performing advanced PLC troubleshooting, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
* 3+ years of recent / relevant experience performing inspection, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintenance electrical equipment, but limited to motors, starters, brakes, transformers, fuses, AC drives, etc.
* Able to perform electrical task and repair pump and gearboxes.
* An AS or BS in the field is a benefit but not essential, equivalent electrical maintenance experience will be strongly considered.
* Must be able to work in the US- Citizens and Green Card holders welcome.
* Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
