Horizon Realty Advisors has an exciting opportunity for a temporary Apartment Turn Technician for The Cottages on Lindberg located in Lafayette, IN. This temporary position will start from July 31st, 2019 to August 18th, 2019. Pay is $10.00 per hour with overtime work opportunities.
We are looking for someone who enjoys turning apartments after being vacated to be ready for move-in. The ideal candidate will have experience with general maintenance, have painting skills, takes pride in their work and can work well with others.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Painting
Installs (for example: light fixtures, outlets and faucets)
Maintenance knowledge, including appliances, plumbing, drywall, etc.
Previous experience in renovation or apartment turns preferred
QUALIFICATIONS

Education - High school diploma, College and/or vocational credentials preferred.
Experience Prefer a minimum of at least one year of experience in building maintenance, renovations, turns, etc.
