Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to effectively communicate and understand others.

  • Ability to learn and use powered and non-powered floor care equipment.

  • Duties will be cleaning bathrooms, offices, classrooms, childcare facilities, hallways etc.

  • Must be able to work well with others and work in a team environment.

  • Learn and follow safety procedures; includes the wearing personal protective equipment as required.

  • Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs frequently, and up to 60 lbs occasionally required.

  • Work outdoors 10% of the time in temperatures below 32 degrees for snow removal and above 90 degrees.
