Job Description

Scheduler/Accounting Representative responsibilities include:

Attend and contribute to weeklymeetings

Work closely with vendors and customers alike, providing clear and concise communication in regards to scope of work and cost. Communication methods will include:phone calls, email, social media or text

Work requests will be processed,input into system,and scheduled with vendors timely, resulting in efficient workflow

Provide regular updates and relevant communications to property managers and other customers

Maintain allprocessing spreadsheets daily

Monitor social media accounts for new business

Communicate with customers, solicit review, obtain feedback

Process payments from outsidecustomers

Compare pricing oninvoices received against signed contracts or accuracy

Provide proposals for all new vendor contracts

Provide clear communication betweenvendors and customers to address issues when/if they arise

Send official announcements, vendor communications, etc

Facilitate creative marketing and community outreach campaigns


Applicant must be organized, self-motivated, possess strong communication skills and a working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office / Google Suite, Quick Books and the ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.

Additional Information

Full time position. Pay level depending onexperience with opportunity forbonus Incentives.

Allinformation will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Monday Through Friday 9am to 5pm
