This position combines data entry, and some phones. You will be reviewing documents for any over payments, and calling various contractors to ensure that information is correct. You will initiate payments/ refunds for those that have been deemed over-paid.Over time is often required so having open availability is needed. The schedule will typically be 7am-4pm outside of over time.
