A central company in Cedar Rapids, IA is NOW HIRING for full time Customer Service Representatives and would be open to seeing candidates that can also work part-time (20+ hours a week). Core hours will be around 8AM - 5PM.
Job Duties:
Answer to live customer chat requests
Promptly identify, research and resolve customer request using internal databases
Project a professional company image through chat interaction
Provide customers with requested information utilizing standard response database
Required Experience
6+ months experience utilizing technology (this could be strong computer experience or phone technology or live chat experience)
This position is FULL TIME. 40 hours per week plus overtime opportunities!
