Description
Robert Half Technology is hiring an experienced Database Developer, so if you have a strong relational database background and want to work with a company in the Financial Services field, you may be interested. In this position, you will be working on the design and development of database architecture. If you possess a strong knowledge of query writing and enjoy developing systems, we cannot wait to hear from you about this Database Developer opportunity! This position is an opportunity for full-time employment, based in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area. Your responsibilities in this role
- Generate a database schema based on application related function and type of the data
- Supply documentation as well as training to the Database Administrator and other users, when necessary
- Develop, code, and implement relational databases
- Construct an efficient method for storing future database data
Requirements
- Knowledge and know-how to fix potential issues, and experience with industry standards for database operations
- Solid grasp of query coding and relational databases
- Automation experience
- Python experience
- SQL Programming experience highly desired
- 2+ years working as a Database Developer or a related role
