DescriptionYou're the perfect candidate for this job if you have a strong background with AWS Technologies! We're looking for someone well versed in multiple areas of AWS implementations. Our client is in the process of transitioning to the cloud environment and is looking for candidates who have been involved with implementations previously. There is a great opportunity with Robert Half Technology for a This Cloud Engineer position is an opportunity for long term temporary-to-full time employment and is based in the Cedar Rapids, IA.
Experience with AWS services as EC2, RDS, API Gateway, ECS and others
Experience in Networking using Direct connect, TGW and Datacenters connectivity.
Cloud Landing Zone setup u.
Cloud Watch Monitoring and implementation using enterprise tools and Automation configuration management tools
ECS and EKS knowledge
Experience in AWS Lambda functions or any other scripting languages like Python / Bash /Node JS and JAVA to automate resource creation.
Good understanding in using AWS CLI, Cloud formation, AWS CDK , Terraform, Ansible with troubleshooting experiences
Strong knowledge of Cloud Security practices and IAM Policy preparation for AWS.
CloudTrail, Guard Duty, Macie , AWS Config , AWS inspector etc.
Experience with DevOps tools will be an added advantage like Jenkins or AWS native Code Pipeline
