We have a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Analyst in our Cedar Rapids, IA or remote location facility supporting the Communication, Navigation and Guidance organization.As a Financial Analyst, you will be a key contributor on your assigned programs, providing financial guidance and support to the Program Manager facilitating better business decisions. You will be a key member of an Integrated Product Team with a direct impact on the business unit's financial performance while supporting the development and deployment of business management processes, procedures, computer systems and tools to improve program execution and ensure that contractual requirements are met. Primary Responsibilities:Develop Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), estimate at completions (EAC), forecasts (Sales, Profit and Cash Flow)

Conduct variance analysis based on actuals, spend plans and trends

Establish a Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS)

Earned Value Management reporting internally / externally

Establish GPD - Grouping, Pegging and Distribution in SAP

Ensure accurate financial performance milestones and metrics

Collaborate with Program Managers, Contract Managers, and Cost Account Managers

Financial Analyst is a key role for building a strong financial foundation that will shape key finance skill sets required to advance in the finance organization. Understanding how to manage and execute programs are key in driving a successful business. This position provides that opportunity for the right person. Basic Qualifications:Must be a U.S. citizen

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR

Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience OR

In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required

Preferred Qualifications:Extremely proficient in excel, strong analytical skills, ability to understand trends, strong communication and problem-solving skills. EVMS experience a plus.

You must be a self-starter with a track record of success and strong interpersonal skills. You should be able to work as an individual contributor and work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to juggle conflicting priorities, multitask, meet deliverable deadline, and identify when and where addition support is needed.

Must be able to support additional work hours beyond 40/week as required by program needs.
