Join our mission today.Job Description:Supports the BD team by providing monthly recording of award, analysis of backlog, development of backlog reports to support OA and facilitates resolving orders forecast inconsistencies.Also is the SalesForce subject matter expert for the BD team and manages the development of new reports and macros as necessary.Handles incoming website and or phone inquiries to include distribution to appropriate point of contact.Acquires and analyzes information about developments in the market to include competitors, the government, military, economic, scientific, political, industrial and international fields as they apply to the organizations future marketing plans.Ensures consistent design integrity and marketing collateral support brand positioning within market and continuity with projects.Prepares and oversees participation in trade shows and supports discretionary budgetary activities for travel, MARCOM, Technical Assistance to Sales, Bailments, consultants, sponsorships and trade shows.Works closely with all brands and other key stakeholders to establish objectives and goals for initiatives, including online functionality, design, usability and measurement of added value or impact.Provides support as needed for materials intended for financial audiences.Provides support for all communications and ensures company-wide standards are used for all client/customer facing materials.Basic Qualifications:This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience.In the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.At Collins, the paths we pave together lead to limitless possibility.
