Description
Robert Half Technology is looking for talented and experienced Scrum Masters! We have a client in Cedar Rapids who is growing and building a culture around the AGILE SCRUM methodologies. This person will help drive this culture and lead SCRUM teams on several projects.

We are currently looking for a contract scrum master to work in our locations. Responsibilities include:
•Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
•Assisting with internal and external communication, maintaining a transparent working environment between IT and our business partners
•Supporting the Business Analyst and the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
•Applying agile methodologies and coaching the team to execute against those principals
Ideal candidates will have experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams and resources in multiple locations.
Great communication skills are a must. Experience in Jira, Confluence, and Stories on Board are preferred. Life insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required.
