Provides end-user support for specific software applications. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary. Competent to work in some phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. Generally uses existing procedures to resolve standard problems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Interacts with clients, both internal and external, to supply relevant information. Has a general understanding of the clients business. Incident Management: Provides end-user support for specific software applications. Records and analyzes functional incidents, (second and third line support), as well as come up with and/or advise on solutions. Monitors progress made on incidents. Change Management: Analyzes business and user needs. Documents business rules/functional requirements to support system enhancements with the guidance of a senior associate. Participates in Change Advisory Boards. Change & Project Management: Contributes to implementation of systems application enhancements and tests end-user processes. Problem Management: Works on applications problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Training: Creates/delivers correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end user training. Security: Assists in setting up security guidelines related to the (new) business applications and the setup of user access control. Participates the periodic auditing processes in conjunction with external auditors and senior business users. Assures follow up to any audit gaps. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 4-6 years of experience. CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES ITIL COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts financial analysis. REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES Detailed problem analysis. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.Bonus Eligible :Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the [INSERT ROLE] position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the [INSERT ROLE] position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
