We are currently seeking 1 part-time Guest Service Representative. This position requires a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual with good computer skills, who can multi-task and demonstrate a guest-focused attitude while responding quickly to guest needs. Our team members are positive individuals who know how to exceed guest expectations while maintaining an exceptional level of hospitality and professionalism. The right candidate must be a productive team player, able to work as a group, and feel at ease working alone.
Assists all guests in a sincere and courteous manner to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
Completes daily checklist accurately in accordance to hotel standards
Complies with all hotel and departmental policies and operating procedures
Delivers towels, cribs, roll-a-ways and general assistance to guests when requested
Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and local area, including room types, rates, availability, group activities, local attractions and restaurants
Demonstrates the use of reservation sales techniques to effectively sell the property and maximize occupancy and revenue
Handles and records guest complaints to guest satisfaction
Listens to guests and anticipate needs or concerns before a problem occurs
Maintains clean and organized work environment; folding laundry as requested
Currently looking to hire for 1st/2nd shift availability on weekends, must have some flexibility in scheduling. Possibility of additional hours, can discuss in interview.
Must be able to stand for a long duration of time
High School Diploma is a must
