CNA's and Residential Workers Needed - Manchester, IA area
Candidates must be able to work both 1st and 2nd shift on a rotating basis; including every other weekend.
The CNA serves as contact person between consumer and others involved in consumers life. They participate in total consumer care through the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of each individuals consumer care plan. This position requires the candidate to provides 1:1 interaction with consumers, complete orientation, documentation of any changes in programming, and other duties as assigned.Â
Requirements:
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exhibits flexibility, adaptability and confidentiality
- Must have CNA certificate from an accredited programÂ
- Health exam and TB testing
- Pre-employment participation in mandatory drug testing
- Valid Iowa Driver's License
