Home Town Restyling has been locally owned and operated since 1986. We are Eastern Iowaâs largest home remodeling company. We provide quality products installed by quality craftsmen and we back up our work with an in-house service department. We have a very low turnover rate and we are looking for that right individual to join our fun team environment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our Marketing team, who enjoys the freedom of working alone and walking outdoors. This individual needs to be self-motivated with a positive attitude and enjoys working independently, as well as working together to reach team goals.
Lead Generation â Every day, you will be given a street address of a recently completed remodeling job that we installed. You will map out that neighborhood, walk around that neighborhood, and knock on doors to talk to people about our products and services. Your goal is to engage in conversation with the homeowner and generate interest in a free estimate on remodeling projects such as Windows, Doors, Sunroom, Siding, Etc.
Dress - Dress is casual but tasteful. Nice pair of pants or shorts/Nice shirt/Comfortable shoes. No t-shirts or sandals.
Hours â Monday thru Thursday. 15-25 hours are available in this position, however, you must be able to work at the very least, Monday thru Thursday evenings from 4:30 up until 8:00pm.
Pay rate - $14.00 - $16.00 per hour to start, plus weekly bonuses, plus paid mileage
Qualifications:
⢠High School diploma or equivalent
⢠Reliable vehicle with insurance
⢠Must be able to pass a criminal background check
⢠Valid driverâs license
⢠Ability to print and read a map
⢠Organized and strong attention to detail
⢠Srong work ethic and ability to work independently
