In need of a skilled CNC machinist. This person has to be able to do set ups and understand what feeds and speeds are needed for different types of metals. Usually it takes about 5 years of experience as a skilled machinist not just an operator to have this type of knowledge. An associate's degree is preferred but if experience is good enough it is not required. The candidate needs to be able to at least make adjustments to programs at the control on the machine and some CAD experience is a plus.
This position is 1st shift with hours from 7:00 am 3:30 pm with a 30 min lunch and 2 paid 10 minute breaks. Health insurance for as low as $18/week is available and vision and dental is optional. 401k with a match after one year and PTO.
