Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all installed systems and infrastructure
• Maintain, install, configure, and test system management tools, application software, and operating systems
• Manage redundancy strategies, security, and backup
• Write down and keep up custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
• Take preventive action to safeguard the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Survey and sample application performance for potential bottlenecks, pinpoint possible solutions, and cooperate with developers to perform those fixes
• Assist in the design of information and operational support systems
• Communicate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Grant 2nd and 3rd level support

Requirements

• This position will be the best fit for a candidate who have solid networking knowledge
• Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory
• Proven knowledge of Virtual Infrastructure
• MCSE experience highly desired
• Microsoft Office 365 experience
• Applicants should have experience with automation software
• If you have solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks, you will be strongly preferred for this position
• Scripting skills is a nice to have
