Job Description: This position will be to lead small teams of technicians that implement cybersecurity controls in engineering and operations labs. Team responsibilities include the deployment and maintenance of small/medium-sized compute environments that are isolated from the production network. The team lead will also help maintain Information Systems that align with contractual/government regulation per Collins Aerospace Mission Systems Security guidance.
Principal Responsibilities:
Leading small teams to ensure project milestones are completed according to schedule
Creating and maintaining project documentation - including, but not limited to, creating diagrams and network flows
Engaging directly with customers to achieve project goals
Engaging with multiple Digital Technology teams to drive tasks to completion
Leveraging multiple Digital Technology solutions, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Network Access Control (NAC), Active Directory (AD) Services, Endpoint Protection (EPP), Network Segmentation, and Vulnerability Management (VM)
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create detailed documentation with a strong attention to detail
Ability to interact effectively in a team environment
Ability to follow instructions to produce desired results

Education:
Required: Associate's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other applicable field and at least 3 years experience in a related field.
Experience/Skills: Required Qualifications:
Government Security Clearance is a nice to have but not required. Candidate should have at least 5 years med/large enterprise experience in at least two of the following:
Experience leading small teams
Experience working directly with customers
Active Directory
Windows 95/XP/7/10
MS-DOS
Linux (CentOS, Red Hat Enterprise, Ubuntu)
