LimoLink, Inc. is currently hiring for our iDrive Team. The iDrive Automation Team supports our Operations by monitoring real time transportation to maximize automation and ensure clients receive timely notifications.
Automation Specialist duties include, but are not limited to:
Grow LimoLinks automation by monitoring active and upcoming reservations.
Train and set up operators with LimoLink applications.
Interact with drivers and operators to resolve problems and work basic troubleshooting.
Be a contributing member to LimoLinks automation initiatives.
Receive and solve escalations from all departments with quick results
Other duties and special projects assigned.
Be a contributing member to LimoLinks automation drive. This includes innovative thinking.
Do you have what it takes?
Attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple applications at one time.
Ability to listen and be patient while walking non tech savvy users through troubleshooting steps.
Able to deliver information in a clear and concise manner
Flexible and able to multitask.
Operate with a sense of urgency to deliver quick results.
Reliable and able to work without constant direction and supervision.
Experience with MS Excel
