We are adding a seamless gutter crew and are in need of a gutter foreman and installers. The gutter foreman should be able to run the crew from the ground up. The installers should be able to work on roofs and ladders as needed to complete the installs. The crew will also be responsible for loading, unloading materials and cleaning equipment and trailers as needed. This is a full time position and we have work year round. We are an established siding company that has been around for over twenty years and you will become a part of that family in our gutter division.
The right candidates will be rewarded with above average pay, 401k with company match, paid holidays, performance and end of year bonuses and up to three weeks of paid vacation after three years of employment. This is a w2 position and you will be paid weekly. I will entertain piecework pay but the standard now is hourly pay $17 to $24 an hour to start.
