Pressure Washing / Soft Washing Technician
As a Technician you will perform a variety of washing services including: Power Washing, Soft Washing of residential and commercial structure. Including homes, decks, concrete and windows.
Candid must:
⢠Have a Valid Driverâs License to drive a company vehicle & be able to pull 20â Trailer.
⢠Participate in our certification training program and pass the test.
⢠Communicate in a professional manner & clearly explain the work being performed to customers.
⢠Demonstrate accuracy & thoroughness in all aspects of the job while providing a valued quality service to the customer.
⢠Have the ability to recognize and observe all safety procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions and use equipment and materials properly.
⢠Have the desire to treat others with respect and contribute to building a positive team spirit.
⢠Have the ability to understand and follow instructions promptly & respond to direction.
⢠Have strong organizational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
⢠Soft wash exterior of homes, decks and concrete surfaces
⢠Properly dispose of/remove waste water and barricade necessary drains ensuring that work performed in EPA compliant.
⢠Maintain all equipment and provide quality service at every job.
⢠Maintain vehicles & equipment by performing quality maintenance inspections and repairs before and after all assigned projects.
⢠Must follow Companies P.P.E. Policy
⢠Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
We would prefer an experienced candidate with power washing experience and be mechanically inclined person but would be willing to train the right candidate.
