CHRO Position / Chief Human Resources Officer
HYBRID / ONSITE Des Moines, Iowa position
IN THE OFFICE IN Des Moines. This position will need to be onsite in Des Moines TO help this company Quickly Scale and build a culture.
We are looking for A DYNAMIC LEADER WHO HAS EXECUTIVE LEVEL C-LEVEL EXPERIENCE or VP Level experience. This is NOT a position where you will be managing processes already in place, you must be able to BUILD OUT processes. This is a Fast Paced Scaling company with immense growth they are in Building mode. Looking for someone who understands the level of commitment required to build this out. You will be financially well rewarded for your effort / time!
What Experience You Will Need:
· CHRO Position / Chief Human Resources Officer
· Successful experience working as a CHRO or VP level experience in a large enterprise level experience, & Start-Ups and Tech Companies.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least five years of executive HR experience and at least five years of international HR experience.
Enterprise level experience coupled with start-up experience
Certifications Preferred: SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred.
Expertise scaling companies
· Past experience working with / overseeing Off-Shoring & Out-Sourcing firms.
· Past experience leading an entire HR Staff & Division
· Establish an overall recruiting strategy
· Help build a Winning Culture that embraces innovation and ideas !
· Strategic Business advisor to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globally.

This is a PERMANENT / DIRECT HIRE POSITION as CHRO Position / Chief Human Resources Officer with one of our client companies with a base salary range of up to $300K Plus a highly attractive Executive Bonus and Profit Sharing Bonus plan!
