DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Listed in order of relevance:
- Create new schematic and pcb parts for CAD libraries.
- Electrical troubleshooting of assemblies using multimeter and oscilloscope
- Execute test plans and author test reports
- Use CAD tools to edit schematic and pcb designs
- Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related function or equivalent work experience. Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred.
- 3+ years experience in hardware design and validation
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Electrical circuit theory
- Electrical laboratory experience and experience writing technical reports
- Electronic pcb design and/or pcb troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with JTAG programming tools (FPGA, PLD, microprocessor)
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with the tools associated with the job role (oscilloscope, multimeter, thermal camera)
- Experience or willingness in learning to solder
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English required.

WORKING CONTITIONS
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Travel for this role will be minimal.
