Requirement Analyst/Business Analyst
Duration- 6 months
Location- Des Moines, IA, Remote Until Covid
Experience with Enterprise Reporting/Cloud Data sets and QA Skills is a must

Facilitates the definition and development of stories by the product owner and SMEs to
meet the business needs.
Facilitate business process mapping and business stakeholder sessions.
Write requirements in the form of user stories that are emerging and follow the INVEST
principle. Ensures stories and acceptance criteria are appropriately defined &
documented
Maintains healthy product backlog.
Works with Product Owner to address any conflicting business needs
Documents detailed functional requirements, business rules, and reviews test cases.
Documents detailed non-functional requirements.
Serve the Product Owner.
Identifies dependencies on other teams and collaborates and communicates timely and
effectively.
Agile/Scrum experience preferred - works collaboratively, within sprints
Perform testing for the Front-end Visualization and back end data validation
Create Test scripts for different scenarios.
Validate & verify data/reports from heritage systems.

  • Security Risk and Compliance Analyst will operate within a divisional security team reporting to the Director of Information Security. Analyst will be responsible for risk assessment, reporting and audit of Customer facing applications supporting the Tax and Accounting (TAA) and Corporate Performance (CP&ESG) application portfolio. Primary responsibilities will include maintaining compliance and assurance against established security frameworks including SO2 and ISO27001. Analyst will work on annual certification requirements and daily IT security tasks. IT Risk assessment and documentation and assessment of implemented security policies and standards will be a core focus of this position. Analyst will perform a wide range of security tasks to monitor and support the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of applications.
