It all begins with you.Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.As part of the Conduct Management Analytics, Insights, & Reporting (CMAIR), you will be responsible for the development of highly complex activities providing insights, developing analytical strategies, performing analytical support and/or modeling for Conduct Management. You will be responsible to design and lead some of the most complex projects/analyses, generally spanning multiple products/business lines/functional areas/data sources and may involve extremely complex analytical application of industry-leading experimental techniques or exploratory data analytics. You will also be responsible for communicating these insights to other leaders outside of Conduct Management that are not as familiar with the subject matter by being able to deliver analytic results visually and with a cohesive narrative.Conduct Management is a centralized team within Corporate Risk. Conduct Management has enterprise-wide responsibilities to address allegations related to team member misconduct. This includes reporting on the entire allegation life cycle including case intake, triage, research and disposition of a wide variety of allegations including behavioral misconduct, theft, sales practices, fraud, and money laundering.Specifically, this individual will:

Produce visual presentations and narratives that effectively communicate a summarization of the complex findings and outcome of insights uncovered by CMAIR analytic and reporting groups. Highlight the salient points for a non-technical and potentially executive audience. Presentations should be holistic of thought to anticipate and proactively address potential audience concerns

Make strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership based on thought-provoking and sound analytics - both proactively and in response to requests

Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks across internal and external partners to be utilized in the creation of insights and deliverables while meeting aggressive and rapid turnaround times

Provide thought leadership across CMAIR by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement along with developing solutions that may involve engaging external partners and effectively navigate organizational differences

Be able to self-initiate and formulate novel approaches to address complex and exploratory type of requests with thin contextual background

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of strategic planning experience

Desired Qualifications:

Ability to provide independent summaries and recommendations on operational data

Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
