The Continental, an established high energy, upscale, contemporary restaurant is now hiring Line Cooks. Ideal candidates will be highly motivated and show good leadership and food preparation qualities, will have at least 1 years experience in a commercial kitchen and willing to work evenings and weekends.
Basic Functions:
Prepares food required for lunch and dinner
Ensures all recipes, food preparations, and presentations
Maintains a safe, orderly, and clean kitchen
Use proper food-handling techniques
