Iowa Dermatology dba Radiant Complexions Dermatology is hiring a Medical Receptionist to serve patients at our Iowa Dermatology clinic location. We are looking for friendly, professional team players who can help provide a quality patient experience.
Iowa Dermatology opened in 1992 with RCDC opening its first clinic in Ames, Iowa in 2002, and has grown to be one of the largest providers of skin care in the United States. With multiple clinic locations throughout Iowa, we have proven that quality, convenient, and friendly service to skin care patients is the right formula for success in the past, as it is today, and will be in the future.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
Answering telephones / scheduling appointments.
Greeting patients.
Check patients in and out.
Collect patient payments.
Maintain confidential patient records.
Handle medical records requests.
Filing.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Mandatory Reporter certification preferred.
CPR preferred.
Previous clinical experience in a medical office preferred.
Computer data entry experience.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as a team member.
Able to write, read, comprehend and speak fluent English.
Strong computer skills.
Strong time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to manage multiple front office tasks.
