Royal Medical Center, the country's premiere hormone replacement clinic, is seeking qualified physicians (M.D. or D.O.) to provide tele-medicine services to our rapidly expanding clinics. Our goal is to continue to provide qualified patients with a tailored hormonal program designed to promote wellness and vitality.
Position Description: Physicians will review patient's past medical history, physical exams and laboratory studies. Determine patient's candidacy for therapy. Providers will be called upon to conduct initial patient interviews and teaching, follow up calls on therapy, answer questions or patient concerns. (Typical patient encounters are limited to two or three 15 minute telephone conference calls per year) Therapeutic strategies will be based on our protocols, clinical findings and individual patient needs.
Physicians will have easy access to all notes and records in our proprietary software. This proprietary software provides all the necessary prescriptions and charting. Physicians will print and sign and return prescriptions for fulfillment through our pharmacies.
Teaching, educational support will be provided by our medical director and physicians in our central office. Diagnosis and therapies will be based on years of experience with thousands of patients.
Requirements: Active state medical license ( M.D. or D.O.) in good standing,DEA license, state medication control license,license must be free of disciplinary actions or sanctions.

Compensation: The physician will be paid $25.00 per patient each month.
Scenario: 100 patients x $25.00 per month x 12 months equals $30,000.00 per year compensation
Estimated time with 100 patient x 15 min x 3 times per year equals 75 hours
Based on scenario above, physician will in effect earn $400.00 per hour
Our arrangement frees doctors to work from home, after hours or during breaks. This is the perfect scenario for retired doctors or those seeking supplemental convenient income. All administrative work will be handled by our corporate headquarters.
