Des Moines homebuilding company seeking to fill the position of Assistant Construction Superintendent. Job duties would include but are not limited to:
- general punch out items on new construction homes (adjusting and hanging doors, filling nail holes, installing hardware, etc.)
- some general labor on new construction homes (sweeping & vacuuming floors, cleaning yards, light framing, etc.)
- assist the project Superintendent in day to day contractor management, ensuring a quality job in a timely manner.
Opportunity to eventually move into Construction Superintendent role for the right candidate.
Pay starts at $15/hr. After 30 days, candidate will be reviewed for possible pay raise.
