Age Requirements:
21 years of age.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma. Post high school vo-tech or trade school in soil sciences, landscape design and build, agronomy, horticulture, or agriculture. THIS IS AN "AT WILL" POSITION.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3 Years Lawn Care Experience
3 Years Snow Removal
1 Year of Management
3 Years past experience in grounds maintenance
Miscellaneous Requirements:
Clean driving record subject to approval by insurance carrier. CDL license.
State Department of Agriculture pesticide application license. Required ( or must obtain in first few months of hire)
Must be able to lift heavy loads and perform daily tasks as necessary.
Pass: DOT Alcohol/ Drug Screen and DOT Physical
Valid Drivers license
CDL Preferred
JOB SPECIFICS
On a Daily Basis (weekly):
Ability to work under supervised and unsupervised in all facets of grounds maintenance, landscaping/irrigation design and build, and snow and ice management. Ability to work independently on small tasks and assignments to maintain timely response to supervisor requests. Requires picture every time on site for any duty to be emailed in.
Covering all CAM SERVICES.
Summer:
You will be required to maintain your list of properties given to you by your regional manager. Each site must be taken care of each week. These services are mowing, weed whipping the grounds, grass and weeds in cracks. You must de-weed the property of weeds from the mulch and other landscape areas. Pull suckers from the trees to maintain a healthy looking tree. Check for damages on the building and on the lot. Check curb-lines, mulch out of place, and fallen tree branches. Throughout the summer when the grass slows down you will be required to prune tree branches as they go. Requires picture every time on site for any duty to be emailed in.
Fall:
Continue to Maintain your cam services throughout the season. In addition you will be asked to prune perennials in preparation for winter. You will also be asked to help find snow guys for your store location to help you maintain your snow and ice management team. This will require meeting and training. Requires picture every time on site for any duty to be emailed in.
Winter:
Must be able to manage your snow plow operators to ensure that each site is taken care of in event that a storm appears. You are on call 7 days a week 24 hours day. Storms can appear at anytime and any day. Performs snow removal with Cat Skids, hydraulic salter and a sectional plow. Must be able operate a salter and a truck plow. Must do before and after site checks on your properties and equipment and emailing in pictures of conditions. Requires picture every time on site for any duty to be emailed in.
Spring:
Get ready for your summer season. Must prune and prep your sites for mulching. Once sites are ready it is time to mulch. Mulching must be completed before mowing season starts up again on April 1. Requires picture every time on site for any duty to be emailed in.
