Do you like a variety of home improvement projects? Then this job may be just what you're looking for:
You'll be repairing drywall, painting, freshening up apartments; performing basic plumbing and electrical work such as switching out faucets, garbage disposals, light switches, ceiling fans, etc.; troubleshooting HVAC units and changing out thermostats and switches (major repairs will go to a contractor)
Need people who are customer service driven and trustworthy, someone that is reliable and has good time management skills as they will be working fairly independently.
You are required to have your own transportation, a valid driver's license and good driving record.
You'll also be required to bring your own tools.
